I connected on-device Gemma, speech input, appointment booking, escalation and visit summarization across a React Native app, Node service and web dashboard.

Outcome / What changed

A complete workflow in 20 hours

The prototype demonstrated a private path from spoken request to action, with clear boundaries for uncertainty and human handoff.
